    first of all I like declare my apprehension! Monkey Island is a swell game over-all, and even with all monkey business going in. The game still delivers a great experience with its entertaining plot and colorful characters. Which I believe, with your side-project had managed to make Melee Island even more sparkling and enjoyable to visit. Well, I guess what I’m trying to say, after seeing the videos, to the actors and project members to keep up the great work! I believe your done a fine job of bringing and improving the ol’ swashbuckling adventure tale for all to enjoy.

    Nonetheless, I’ve still a few issues when trying to install the patch. However with your expertise perhaps you can help me out. You see, I read the instructions in the read-me file. But when I run the install.bat file a box pops up with the text “Access is denied” then its written something as “patch already applied”. Because I recently bought a “Monkey Island Collectors Edition” that features e.x. the CD version of SoMK, I’m a bit perplexed and confused by this information. “Patch already applied”, huh.. Are they kidding me? I haven’t done anything so I wonder who has applied the patch. It’s probably just a small error, but I be happy if you could look further into it.

  2. Im getting a MD5 not recognized error while applying the POC 2 patch for Monkey Island 2 Revenge of LeChuck?

    What seems to be the problem?

  3. It’s because you have a pirated version. Simply remove the MD5 checking parts of the batch file and run it.

  5. your latest zip file 61.5MB has a error and can not be opened. It always download 64,483,784 and shows error. file name: WIP20090709
